QtQml: Document QML_ADDED_IN_VERSION and QML_REMOVED_IN_VERSION
In turn, deprecate QML_ADDED_IN_MINOR_VERSION and
QML_REMOVED_IN_MINOR_VERSION. These are dangerous because you don't
quite know what major version they refer to.
