Add PinchHandler and DragHandler 2-finger inside/outside tests
These should already behave the same with much-older Qt versions: so far, multi-point handlers require all points to be pressed inside the parent Item. Although DragHandler has long supported setting minimumPointCount to require more than one finger, we didn't have test coverage for that. So far the main "real" use case is the 2-finger tilt gesture in maps (in which case target is null), but it can also be used for dragging a target with more than one finger.
