tests: Swap QScopedPointer<QPointingDevice> for unique_ptr touchscreen
The default device from QTest::createTouchDevice() is a touchscreen,
so we should call it that, to disambiguate touchpads (a few tests use
them). And QScopedPointer is discouraged nowadays.
