qmlplugindump: add a command line option.
Add the option -noforceqtquick that prevent the inclusion of the
QtQuick dependency in the resulting qmltypes file.
Including the QtQuick dependency interfere with the generation of some
qmltypes, such that the one of QtQuick itself.
