Is there a way to exclude a segment of the code from the coder?

Hi Everyone,
Is there a way to exclude a block of code from the coder? For example: I want to put in my Matlab code warnings & errors (to catch some unexpected cases). These functions are not supported by coder, is there a way to 'tell' the coder to skip these lines?
