This event indicates that the video device has encountered a pixelformat change during runtime. This event can be detected by a decoder or a capture device. Take decoder for example, input pixelformat change may affect output format change. This needs to be notified to the userspace and the application must be expected to get format and reallocate buffers before proceeding. If multiple events occurred before application could dequeue them, then the changes will have the ORed value of all the events generated.
