Switch from merge-recursive to merge-ort. Adjust the following
testcases due to the switch:
* t4151: This test left an untracked file in the way of the merge.
merge-recursive could only sometimes tell when untracked files were
in the way, and by the time it discovers others, it has already made
too many changes to back out of the merge. So, instead of writing the
results to e.g. 'file1' it would instead write them to
'file1~branch1'. This is confusing for users, because they might not
notice 'file1~branch1' and accidentally add and commit 'file1'.
In contrast, merge-ort correctly notices the file in the way before
making any changes and aborts. Since this test didn't care about the
file in the way, just remove it before calling git-am.
* t4255: Usage of merge-ort allows us to change two known failures into
successes.
* t6427: As noted a few commits ago, the choice of conflict label for
diff3 markers for the ancestor commit was previously handled by
merge-recursive.c rather than by callers. Since that has now changed,
`git am` needs to specify that label. Although the previous conflict
label ("constructed merge base") was already fairly somewhat slanted
towards `git am`, let's use wording more along the lines of the
related command-line flag from `git apply` and function involved to
tie it more closely to `git am`.

Now that the default value for TEST_PASSES_SANITIZE_LEAK is `true` there
is no longer a need to have that variable declared in all of our tests.
Drop it.

The `OPT_FILENAME()` option will, if set, put an allocated string into
the user-provided variable. Consequently, that variable thus needs to be
free'd by the caller of `parse_options()`. Some callsites don't though
and thus leak memory. Fix those.

When we run a test helper function in test_submodule_switch_common(), we
sometimes specify a whole helper function as the $command. When we do
this, in some test cases, we just mark the whole function with
`test_must_fail`. However, it's possible that the helper function might
fail earlier or later than expected due to an introduced bug. If this
happens, then the test case will still report as passing but it should
really be marked as failing since it didn't actually display the
intended behaviour.
Instead of invoking `test_must_fail $command`, pass the string
"test_must_fail" as the second argument in case where the git command is
expected to fail.
When $command is a helper function, the parent function calling
test_submodule_switch_common() is test_submodule_switch_func(). For all
test_submodule_switch_func() invocations, increase the granularity of
the argument test helper function by prefixing the git invocation which is
meant to fail with the second argument like this:
$2 git checkout "$1"
In the other cases, test_submodule_switch() and
test_submodule_forced_switch(), instead of passing in the git command
directly, wrap it using the git_test_func() and pass the git arguments
using the global variable $gitcmd. Unfortunately, since closures aren't
a thing in shell scripts, the global variable is necessary. Another
unfortunate result is that the "git_test_func" will used as the test
case name when $command is printed but it's worth it for the cleaner
code.
Finally, as an added bonus, `test_must_fail` will now only run on git
commands.

Since all invocations of test_submodule_forced_switch() are git
commands, automatically prepend "git" before invoking
test_submodule_switch_common().
Similarly, many invocations of test_submodule_switch() are also git
commands so automatically prepend "git" before invoking
test_submodule_switch_common() as well.
Finally, for invocations of test_submodule_switch() that invoke a custom
function, rename the old function to test_submodule_switch_func().
This is necessary because in a future commit, we will be adding some
logic that needs to distinguish between an invocation of a plain git
comamnd and an invocation of a test helper function.

diff.submodule when set to log produces output which git-am cannot
handle. Ignore this setting when generating patch output.

git am will break when using diff.submodule=log; add some test cases
to illustrate this breakage as simply as possible. There are
currently two ways this can fail:
* With errors ("unrecognized input"), if only change
* Silently (no submodule change), if other files change
Test for both conditions and ensure without diff.submodule this works.

Test that the am command updates the work tree as expected (for submodule
changes which don't result in conflicts). To make that work add two
helper functions that use format-patch to create the input for am.
Add the KNOWN_FAILURE_NOFF_MERGE_ATTEMPTS_TO_MERGE_REMOVED_SUBMODULE_FILES
switch to expect the known failure that --no-ff merges attempt to merge
the new files in the former submodule directory with those of the removed
submodule.
