Somehow I managed to screw this up so it became reverse document order!
Current coverage is 90.47%@@ master #275 diff @@

I seem to have managed to screw up and end up with the treebuilders getting reverse document order! This fixes it so it gets document order and duplicate attribute behaviour correct. Also push a release to fix this.
