Adding some mention of implicit `<tbody>` element. Comes up later in Modifying the Document task #10 solution.

Also, this paragraph was worded a bit strangely:
"available for Mac and for Windows" is cross-platform by definition, so it's confusing to also say "all of them with the exception of Visual Studio are cross-platform" in the same paragraph. I reworded it such that the actual intent is clear.
