Missing div fix

• Addresses Error while plotting after React update #52
• Closes babel-preset-es2015 is deprecated and needs to be updated #70
• Also synched dev tools with our other React projects and fixed a few minor things found by the updated linter.
• Corrected React peer dependency version. We use callback refs, so it's React 13, not 12, but since it was previously specified as 12.0.0, the change to 0.13.0 is actually not breaking :)
