Two models combined into one embedded coder project.._sharedutils have parameter difference in TflCheckSum

I have two *.slx models, and both I want to target code with embedded coder. I have set up a shared folder in configuration, so that I autogenerate shared files to a single location. I get an error where _sharedutils between the two projects has a single difference in the parameter 'TflCheckSum'. Since this is a checksum, I'm really not sure how these two checksums can match. Any suggestion on how I can get my shared folder code generation to complete, based on this discrepency? Thanks in advance!
