Description of changes:
The current developer guide lists a number of missing features under a heading titled "What's New in Version 2.x" - this is confusing to customers. The sentence 'See the Github issues for details about additional features not yet in 2.x.' is easy to miss and at first glance customers might assume that the listed features are completed.
