They're already available in the global context, so it works without this. Note that we had neglected to pass in abstractModels and they were working anyway. It wouldn't have been possible to pass in these props when we upgrade to Vue v3 anyway.

This moves the state management logic for the graph data into its own module.
A later PR will begin to rewrite this state management code.
