Enhanced the functionality and accessibility of the language selector with the following changes:
Close on Outside Click:
The language selector now automatically closes when a click is detected outside its boundaries.
Keyboard Navigation:
Users can now navigate through the language selector options using the arrow keys (Up and Down keys).
Close on Blur:
The language selector closes automatically when it loses focus (blur event).
