SQLite C# WPF reading error

Question

I am new to c# and I tring to read .db file, I have added ADO.NET 2.0 Provider for SQLite to my project with help from this link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlite-dotnet2/. But I am getting error when running and I can not understand the problem.

Your Sqlite Connection Must be Like:

Data Source=name.db;Version=3;

Connection strings for SQLite

In App.config add

<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">
  <supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>

Add this to your web/app config:

<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">
  <supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>
