I'm looking to implement the answer from the question here. However, my javascript is returning the entire function instead of the boolean value. My code is below. What do I need to do differently?

alert, not calling it and passing the return value. 2. I don't see what is the point of that IIFE inside the function, can't you just do the check without it?
