GUI showing java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when refreshing JTable

Question

Whenever I'm running my Java GUI application it is showing the following exception when refreshing JTable:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

I tried to solve this but I am not able to.

My refreshtable code is here:

the problem is solved . actually i put refreshtable() in clock() block. That is the reason for this error to come at every 10 seconds. — Kowsigan Atsayam

change the below line in your code

  int numColumnsInTableModel=13;

like this

  int numColumnsInTableModel=table.getColumnCount();

Probably your table model contains less then 13 columns, this would be why in the first line in the for-loop an IndexOutOfBounds-Exception is thrown, as this is the only place in your code where an index is used at all. I would suggest not to just set the numColumnsInTableModel to 13, but instead to obtain the number of columns from the model directly with getColumnCount() to avoid this exception.
