Python 3.7 / MySQL Connector install fails on Windows: _mysql.c(29): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'mysql.h': No such file or directory

So I am using Python 3.7 and trying to install the MYSQL Connector using: pip install mysqlclient but getting the following error:

I have the latest VStudio Build Tools 2017 installed. What could be the issue and how can I rectify it.
