I'm having some issues with Spring Batch skipping logic. I have configured a job's step to skip two exceptions (SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException and OptimisticLockingFailureException):

Am I doing something wrong? I want the step to skip the items responsible for throwing one of these exceptions and to continue its processing so it can finish with a COMPLETED status.
