wasm: extend local file access test
Add support for testing standard QFileDialog file dialogs,
with file access through QFile.
Add drop sone to test file dnd. This is similar to opening
files via a file dialog, in both cases user code can read the
file by using QFile to open the file path provided by QWasmFileEngine.
