Autoincrement only works on a column integer PK:

Use this statement

        COL1_6 + " TEXT, " + COL1_7 + " TEXT, " + COL1_8 + " TEXT, " +
        COL1_9 + " TEXT, " + COL1_10 + " TEXT)";

use INTEGER PRIMARY KEY instead of AUTOINCREMENT
