I've recently purchased The Delian Tomb starter adventure for MCDM's "Draw Steel". I'm not familiar with the system yet, and I'm trying to reverse-engineer why the values on the character sheet are the values they are.

The Dwarf Fury, however, perplexes me.

Their "Stability" value is listed as 3. I know this defaults to 0, and this character in particular gets a +1 bonus from "Grounded" (a dwarf trait), and +1 bonus from the "Panther" kit. But I can't reckon with the last +1. Am I missing something intrinsic to the class? Or is this an error in need of errata?

\$\begingroup\$ Great! Can you post that as an answer? Maybe with a link to the source? I suspected this might be the case, because the Censor also has a typo with stability (1 when it should be 2) \$\endgroup\$ Commented Sep 12 at 18:28

You haven't missed anything.

Ancestry: for a Dwarf, only the Grounded trait grants stability.
Background (culture, career, perk): nothing here can grant stability.
Class: for a Berserker Fury, kits can grant stability at 1st level, and Immovable Object does so at 3rd level.
Complication: some complications can grant stability.

This pregen has the Grounded trait, the Panther kit, and no complications, so it has 2 stability at 1st level. Its stability increases to 4 at 3rd level with Immovable Object.

MCDM released v1.02 of the Delian Tomb today, and included one exceedingly relevant change note.

Delian Tomb v1.02 changelog. The first entry under "Pregenerated Heroes" is: "Dwarf Fury: Stability should be 2."

Amusingly(?), the Censor still has incorrect stability, though the Fury is fixed. (It has 1 listed, but it has the Mountain kit, which adds 2)
