I created an object with cloth simulation applied in order to use it for hair rigging. The simulation itself works fine, but when I rotate the head from side to side, the hair doesn’t fall naturally under gravity — instead, it stays stiff in place.

To analyze the issue, I created a new file and tested it with both flat and three-dimensional objects. The flat object behaves correctly, but the 3D object shows the same stiffness problem as before. Changing the bending model to Linear makes it bend a bit more, but it still feels as if something is blocking the motion.

Is there any way to fix this issue?
